Using G-Switch with G-Sharp

I've got a Dumble clone amp head (Ceriatone) and effects buffer, just added the G-Sharp to my rack for reverb and delay.  I'm having a hard time keeping user loaded presets to pull up on my G-Sharp.  The unit doesnt seem to want to remember anything. I have read the manual cover to cover - any ideas for what is going on ?  Thanks
