how would the two stereo cables connect from the balanced outputs into the Snake, connected to the PA system do i need a converter that would connect both of those cables into one?

The jacks on the PA snake are most likely XLR (microphone) jacks. if this is the case, then you need one of the following:

1) A pair of TRS-XLR adapters to attach to the end of your "stereo" cables (which actually are NOT stereo cables - they are TRS cables. Each cable is NOT carrying a stereo signal. You are using TRS cables for BALANCED connections in this case, not stereo connections. If these were stereo cables, you would only need ONE of them to get a stereo signal from the output)
2) A pair to TRS-XLR cables to replace the cables you are currently using
3) A 2-channel DI box and two XLR-XLR ("microphone") cables

While 3 is the most expensive option, it protects the G-Natural from phantom power that may or may not be coming from the PA. (Phantom power CAN be turned on by accident, and if it is applied to the G-Nat, may damage it).
