Topic: Weird popping noise with g-force and GCX looper

Hi guys,
I've got a weird problem I hope you guys can help me with.
The basis is this: guitar -> GCX -> Lehle p slit II -> amp
In one of the loops there is a g-force. When the g-force is there, I hear a really loud popping noise when I turn ANY loop on and off.
If I plug the GCX right into the amp, so when I bypass the splitter, every loop is quiet except for the loop with the g-force, and if I remove the g-force everything is extremely quiet.
Basicly I want to use the 8 loops on the GCX for 7 pedal plus the g-force and be able to play on 2 amps at the same time, without the noise of course.

Thanks for any help!!!

See from John Clark of Voodoo Lab forum (i've got the same problem as you) :

"You will likely need to add a 100K resistor across the output of the G-Force in order to tame the pop. The reason for this is that the older units did not reference ground at the output in a way that plays nicely with a true bypass switcher... a scenario the G-Force was not originally intended for as it is incredibly transparent on its own. The resistor can be put in the cable that comes from the G-Force output to avoid having to mod the unit itself. I hope that helps!"
