Topic: trouble with phase

I have a mesa dual rec. I just added the G-Sharp and I think it will be awesome but I'm really having some problems getting it setup.
The dual rec has a parallel loop with a send level and a mix.
I am getting a high pitch whistle with the phaser. I thik that it's because I don't have the levels right.

I am really confused about what to set the send on the loop to and the input control on the G-Sharp.

Can you give me some direction to get started?

I just moved to rack effects from floor effects that ran through the front of my amp so this is really new to me.

With a phaser all of the signal will want to go through the effect as it is a time based effect. I have an amp head but the loop is serial so there is no problem.
If you are using it in parallel then send all of the signal to the g sharp and adjust the mix from there (i think)

Have you engaged the kill-dry switch on the back? That is important if you run it in a parallel loop
