Topic: Mac Book Pro not playing through Impact Twin(as of today) HELP! PLEASE

So I had everything hooked perfectly fine up until last night. I'm in the the process of recording an album and I needed a new mixer. Got a new mixer and swapped it out. Didn't even take the patch cords out of 1&2 on the back of the unit. Hooked everything up. Everything sounded fine running through the mixer. Tried to listen to what I had recorded and nothing. No iTunes, no NOTHING! I run the headphone jack from my Mac Book into Ch1 on the twin impact and everything's fine. Must be a firewire issue? I've checked all my preferences and everything is set to TC NEAR. I'm losing my fucking mind! I reinstalled the drivers but still nothing. Anybody? Please! I'm going to puke!

alright, so out of nowhere while fucking with preferences it just came back on out of nowhere. very disheartening.

Incredible but it is almost always the impact causing her problems, this unit gave me many problems until he died in my hands, I hope you have better luck than me, because my only lasted two months and some days, so that could trigger the RMA warranty. If you are using the original firewire cable, firewire card uses a chipset with texas and has nothing near the power connector of the unit, because it does not work. Keep us informed friend, if something happens to know!
