Topic: Periodic hiss/static noise/white noise on Konnekt 24D

My K24D has been working well for some years but this error has been occurring periodically the last half year, sometimes with months inbetween.

Suddenly this annoying noise will appear, it doesn't matter if the computer is turned on or not, it doesn't matter if I touch the volume button. I've updated the software and changed buffer and sample rate and everything else I could think of. Still this noise randomly appears periodically.

Has anybody experienced anything like this? Any wise words?

I think it will be great. Because has to suffer a lot due to this error. So if this problem is solved then it will be great.
