Topic: no reply form tce support?

4 days since email, no reply. and i have no idea how can they say in the sticky thread that their support is so busy that they have no time to read the forum, so you should call or email them? so by their logic its more time efficient to have each person mail/call the support individually than acknowleging/answering/ sorting a problem on the forum for dozens or hundreds of people at once?

really nice products, but really crap support. last time i'm ever buying a tc.e. product. good day.

you never provided the incident number for your submitted support request i asked you for  last week?

anyway, i did some investigation and found that you submitted an incident under this e-mail  on the 14th of february, for which you received an answer on the 16th.  If you need further assistance, please update your communication with Christian from the support team.

sorry mike i do not see your request in my mail. christian answered me in the meantime saying that you replace the pots even with warranty expired. it was kinda silly since i thought it was a automated response message and examaning the mail further i saw that in the middle of it there's christians reply.

now i see you dont have a repair center in my country and closest would be sending the unit to denmark. would it be possible tho that instead of me sending the unit there they send the pot to me so i can replace it myself? at my own risk/responisibility ofcourse, my warranty is already gone anyway.
