Which one is better? Planning on using this to talk to g system and mark v smile

I use the mini amp Gizmo with my Mark V & unless you need to switch other devices as well the mini amp Gizmo does the job perfectly so no need for it's bigger brother.

You will also need the MKV custom cable as shown on the RJM site & you can then switch all of the MKV's functions by Midi. smile

I just got the mini amp with my MV and GS. It seems to work well. The only issue was the height of the unit is needlessly too high. You can't use velco to rack the unit in a 1U slot. The lip on the unit which contain the mounting hole for the bolt was too narrow. I am concerned it will crack with use.

Needlessly too high at 1.5 inches? Are you kidding mate? hmm

Quite a bit of electronics packed in there plus the dimensions of the 3 plugs on the back pretty much dictate the height.

I reckon it's a pretty neat little Gizmo! wink

Mine mounts just fine with Velcro on the bottom.

Yeah ditto, I have 2 units reserved for my rackdrawer and the only thing that would actually fit in 1HE space is the Gizmo and my powersource...
