My Impact twin died

Yes to my surprise I bought in November 2011 my impact twin , I was happy with her despite her problems with firewire chip texas even though (eg you Can not connect to anything else in the power adapter deconector with her because of Interference). So far so good, I was recording with the board and Usually in less than three months of use (January 24, 2012), using it enquiry.c (work with audio and 14) interface I started HAVING problems similar to the user forums here, Began to Appear horrible noises through the headset up to the plate to stop giving any audio signal. Never saw anything like it, use an m-audio for Almost Every Day six years and another m-audio usb black box Every Day for 4 years. Never had any problem with Both cards, not to mention the amount of Other M-audio products I have ever Given me a headache. The Tc Electronic, a company renowned convinced me to buy your unit, my first interface of the company and will Probably be the last, besides not HAVING support in Brazil where I live. I was disappointed with the unit, I used it a few times and enjoyed it, but when i send the default for the assistance They Could not do anything, I was 20 days with the interface, They would have to send you TC. Result, I would have to wait or send the unit to TC or even hope to get more units in exchange for stock, I was very afraid of losing my money HAVING future problems with the new unit, the store sold me That is very good and Offered me another unit of the bidder and It Seems That the store will stop selling Twin Impact on account of Several reports of problems with this unit (Various kinds of problems, many of the same forum). I prefer to go FOCUSRITE. To make matters worse all the advertising impact of CT on the twin drive, the drive writes but in 192 but used above 48khz anyway When you run out monitoring with reverb and compressor, 96khz and above you is the reverb and the returns on headphones (which is very bizarre to me). Given That resources are needed you just Leaving aside the idea of recording at 192 (illusion) When They See That to Achieve this you would have to play the sound mixers or monitors to finally have a comeback (and unfortunately I could not even destar this mode so I do not know if it works).
