Many TC Electronic and other companies' products are encouraged to be discussed on this forum. Companies may clarify posts that they believe are misleading, but will inform in the post that it is the company posting a message.

Do not advertise. The TC forum is not a platform for plugging or advertising your products and services. Any postings that are advertisements will be deleted.
General
Be polite. Everyone should feel comfortable reading Submissions and participating in discussions. TC will not tolerate flames or other inappropriate statements, material, or links. Most often, a "flame" is simply a statement that is taunting and thus arbitrarily inflammatory. However, this also includes those which are libelous, defamatory, indecent, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context.
Use descriptive and appropriate titles when creating a thread. Titles such as, “Help!” “OMG WHAT DO I DO!!?1?@” and “L4m3rS Ar3 5tup1D…” will not generate helpful responses, and ultimately cause more work for users trying to find threads on a given topic.
Stay on topic. The TC Forum is here to help people use TC products more effectively. Unless otherwise noted, do not add rants, venting or submissions about nontechnical topics, including discussions of TC policies or procedures or speculation on TC decisions.
Post constructive comments and questions. Unless otherwise noted, your Submission should either be a info/support question or a info/support answer. Constructive feedback about product features is welcome as well.
Post new threads in the most suitable section. Read the section descriptions before starting a thread to ensure you are posting in the right place.
Post "stacking" or "bumping" is discouraged. If no one cared the first time, they won't care the second time either.
Help other members assist you with your problem by posting all relevant information about the problem you are experiencing. Steps you've taken, information about your workflow and information about previous trouble shooting will generate a helpful response.
Failure to meet these rules can result in a post deletion, post editing, thread closure, ban, or site wide IP blocking.
