5150iii, mini amp gizmo, g major 2?

Hi. i don't have the amp gizmo just yet but can someone please give me directions on how to wire this up.  I've been looking around can't seem to find anything on this setup and haven't got the slightest clue on how to start. I have a midi mate as my controller. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
